WHAT I DO
I am an experienced marketeer with a track record in conceiving, executing and improving customer success through marketing. Having worked in global organisations, start-ups and agencies, I am able to adapt learnings and experiences from a multitude of disciplines and markets to deliver measurable results. I am a creative thinker and analytical in my execution, applying a pragmatic numbers-based approach to ensure continual improvement in marketing.
Head of Digital Marketing EMEA
I am responsible for delivering the digital marketing programmes for EPOS across EMEA. I previously led the UK and Ireland marketing function but have moved to a pan-EMEA role that focuses on digital campaigns and execution with the enterprise sales teams via Saleforce Marketing Cloud and other associated platforms.
Channel and Communications Manager
I managed the channel marketing and market communications for the UK and Ireland at Plantronics. Using tools such as Marketo, Saleforce and Power BI I provided the team with a toolset of actionable insight to better understand and work with partners. I delivered insights that transformed the effectiveness of marketing with and through partners.
Digital Marketing Consultant
I created Tagged Marketing, which delivered a range of marketing services for several clients. I have developed expertise in digital marketing platforms such as WordPress, Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot and other digital platforms to offer more scientific and measurable marketing solutions.
Head of Marketing
I ran the marketing of Wildseed Studios, a leader in creating new entertainment vehicles for a digital world.
With a new show, each month and two Netflix feature films a year my role required a variety of skills and techniques to build a following around each franchise.
I was able to utilise marketing to grow franchises quickly from ideas to action.
Head of Digital Strategy & Planning
I ran the strategic client services side of the business.
Key clients included Sony, where I worked on several initiatives including planning their digital engagement strategy for the 4 million European and North American players of LittleBigPlanet. I learned a lot in this role about how to use digital technology to transform business.
Channel Marketing Manager
I was approached from my role at Plantronics to join Intel on a twelve-month contract to focus on developing their UK channel marketing strategy. I helped them increase the ROI on their development funds by 33%.
