Lead Global Digital Marketing Manager — EPOS

Full-time · Jan 2025 – Present · Greater Bristol Area, United Kingdom

As lead global digital marketing manager at EPOS I am responsible for delivering the digital marketing programmes (sales and marketing operations) that deliver measurable value to our global sales teams and channel partners.

I work with marketers and salespeople globally to scale-up and industrialise initiatives that correlate with local requirements — to ensure sales engagement at every level in the supply chain.

This work has covered working with partners such as Aramco Aston Martin F1 to leverage our associations in meaningful sales programmes that motivate our global marketing, sales and channel partners. My role is about putting digital marketing at the fingertips of our sales teams, as close to the customer as possible, in such a way that results can be measured, understood and amplified.

I use platforms such as Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Power BI, WordPress, and more, to deliver solutions that combine centralised management and analytics to the activity carried out in the local hands of our sales and marketing teams.

In my role at EPOS I was responsible for working with the regions in the UK&I, DACH and Nordic regions on digital marketing execution and integrating global digital elements to the regional execution.

This role involved pulling together various digital strands to create compelling and measured campaign execution across northern EMEA.

Regional Marketing Manager — EPOS

At EPOS we pride ourselves on enabling communication to be more dynamic, more efficient, and more productive. We help you take your communication further with tools based on innovation, quality and design that enable workplaces and people to unleash their potential.

Note: Sennheiser Communications A/S, the joint venture between Demant A/S and Sennheiser electronic GmbH & Co. KG, has previously announced that it will evolve in new set-ups. During 2020, the joint venture will end and while the business segment of Mobile Music headsets will be part of the Sennheiser Consumer business in the future, Enterprise Solutions and Gaming headsets will evolve as a new independent company, EPOS, under the global audio and hearing technology group Demant. Going forward, EPOS will manufacture and sell the existing Sennheiser Communications portfolio for Enterprises and Gaming co-branded as EPOS | SENNHEISER products, while also introducing a new EPOS branded portfolio.

Tagged Marketing delivered a range of marketing services for a number of clients of various shapes and sizes. It doesn’t matter your size or your focus, we believe that all companies deserve expert marketing expertise.

Head of Marketing — Wildseed Studios

Oct 2014 – Jul 2015 · Bristol

Wildseed Studios is an ideas incubator, working with new and emerging creators (and established creators interested in working in a new way) to produce fresh and original content to develop a truly next generation UK media company.

My role was to create brand plans, in collaboration with Creators and the Wildseed team, for all of Wildseed’s creative products and channels as well as the maintenance and promotion of the Wildseed Studios brand itself.

I formulated and implemented individual brand identities and campaigns that attracted a number of diverse audiences for each product that Wildseed creates and supports.

I grew the audience during the initial launch phase from a starting point of zero, generating in excess of two million views and seven thousand subscribers in six months.

Digital Marketing Director — Nameless Digital Agency

Jan 2010 – Sep 2014 · Bristol

I was the Digital Marketing Director for Nameless Media Group — a leading South West digital marketing agency.

The purpose of the role was to plan and implement sales and marketing activities in order to meet company targets for retention growth and profitability, and to contribute to the executive management of the company.

As the Digital Marketing Director I was responsible for creating go-to-market strategies, involving market assessment, financial analysis and competitive assessments to scope opportunities for new product development.

The role was a strategic one and in order to be successful requires, in addition to the client-orientated activities, an internal focus in order to align and share the goals and ambitions of the business with every employee.

Key clients: Cornwall Tourist Board, Sony, Rocksteady Games, RFU, RIBA

Channel Marketing Development Manager — Intel

Nov 2008 – Dec 2009

My role at Intel required me to work with a variety of teams, both internal and external, to deliver clear and effective marketing communications through the various channels. This required me to work in a hands-on and consultative fashion with a range of partners including agencies, distributors, resellers and retailers to deliver integrated campaigns which delivered a brand message and strong return.

I was responsible for delivering UK B2B marketing campaigns both through the channel and to the channel. The role required a variety of marketing skills including digital marketing, traditional media marketing, public relations and event management.

The role required strong influencing skills, both internally at Intel and with senior business owners within the channel. My marketing planning skills needed to be extremely sharp in order to be effectively executed across these businesses in a timely and profitable manner.

In my time at Intel I increased the utilisation levels of channel funds from 75% to 95% through the delivery of clear, concise and timely communication and achievable and executable marketing initiatives.

I also delivered the most successful UK channel conference Intel had ever had for 200+ of its key UK channel partners whilst achieving a 40% reduction in costs from the previous year.

Channel Marketing Manager — Plantronics

Jan 2006 – Nov 2008

My role at Plantronics was similar to my role at Intel. In my time at Plantronics I introduced key initiatives which were extremely successful and were emulated across the wider EMEA marketing region. Two significant highlights included the Connect Partner Programme and MultiPoint incentive campaign. These initiatives have both become fundamental building blocks of Plantronics’ EMEA marketing strategy.

The Connect Partner Programme has enabled Plantronics to engage with channel partners in a more effective, scalable and easily accessible way.

MultiPoint is a key element of the Connect programme. It is a flexible incentive programme that is fully scalable and can be used in all of our channels in a way which increases mindshare with sales individuals.

Marketing Manager — intY Ltd

Jul 2001 – Apr 2005

As the Marketing Manager at intY I was responsible for a team with the objective of marketing the company and its portfolio of products and services within the B2B sector. During my time, the company was identified as the 5th fastest growing IT company in the UK by Deloitte with growth of 1,776% and was named 11th in the Sunday Times newspaper’s Tech Track list of growing IT companies.

I introduced a number of programmes, through partnerships with external agencies, aimed at increasing the efficiency of the channel and utilised my new media experience to deliver cost-effective and measurable campaigns through the channel.

Key achievements included successfully introducing three new products and services that now account for 45% of the total company revenue.

Projects

Global MDF budgeting system and sales-out analytics

Nov 2025 – Present · EPOS

I’ve created a system to standardise MDF approach globally, standardising approach and normalising names etc. to link to Salesforce data.

The system allows operators to forecast, predict spend and review it against channel performance.

The sales-out data allows granular insights on partner / distributor / category / product / account manager and more, allowing for aligned and intelligent planning and performance.

Email / landing page marketing system

Jul 2025 – Present · EPOS

I designed and built a global, multi-lingual email marketing system that allows users to build HTML email content that is ported into Salesforce Marketing Cloud to send. The system allows endpoints to be created (on brand) that let regions add event content etc. (with full analytics). It can create a page based on ingesting content from a URL — so pages can be made very easily.

The system allows the quick creation, duplication, and translation of email that is on-brand, low code, with strong delivery.

The creation of this system has improved email stats — open/click rates — and saved the organisation six-figure ongoing annual outsourced costs.
